Seventy-five students of different departments under Biological Sciences Faculty of Dhaka University (DU) have received 'Dean's Award' for their outstanding results in 2021 and 2022 honours examinations.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Niaz Ahmed Khan on Tuesday (Feb 25) distributed the awards to the students at a function held at the Senate Bhaban, said a press release.
Pro-VC Professor Dr. Sayema Haque Bidisha and Treasurer Professor Dr M Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, among others, spoke at the event with Biological Sciences Dean Professor Dr. Md Enamul Haque in the chair.
Professor Dr. Niaz congratulated the awardees.
