Bangladesh Railway (BR) has announced the suspension of all trains with Dhaka from midnight Tuesday (Jun 22). This suspension will remain in force till Jun 30, said a press release.
In view of the current Covid-19 situation, the government has also announced that all activities in Gazipur, Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Rajbari, Gopalganj, Manikganj and Madaripur districts will be closed till midnight on Jun 30 to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the release added.
All Jashore and Khulna-bound trains in the western part of Bangladesh Railway have also been canceled.
