Administering the first dose of Covid-19 vaccine will remain suspended in Bangladesh starting Monday (Apr 26), until further notice. Directorate General of Health Service issued a circular in this regard on Sunday (Apr 25).
The notice also asked all civil surgeons, chief health officials of city corporations and all upazila health and family planning officials to take measures accordingly.
