DU ‘Kha’ unit entry test held

The ‘Kha’ Unit (Arts Faculty) admission test for Dhaka University’s 2019-20 academic session was held on Saturday (Sep 21). The one-and-half-hour examination was held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 72 centres on and off the campus.

A total of 45,108 students are vying for 2,378 seats, a DU press release said. Around 19 admission seekers are vying for each seat.

DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman, Pro-VC (Education) Prof Dr Nasreen Ahmad, Pro-VC (Administration) Prof Dr Muhammad Samad, Treasurer Prof Dr Md Kamal Uddin and the faculty Dean Prof Dr Abu Md Delwar Hossain, visited several centres, the release added.
