An international exhibition showcasing the latest developments in the country’s textile and garment industry will begin in Dhaka on Sep 4.
The four-day exhibition titled “20th Textech Bangladesh International Expo 2019” will be arranged at International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB).
CEMS-Global - Conference & Exhibition Management Services Ltd, will organise the exhibition along with two concurrent exhibitions -- “16th Dhaka International Yarn & Fabric Show 2019-Summer Edition” and “38thDye+Chem Bangladesh 2019 International Expo.”
Meherun N. Islam, President and Managing Director of CEMS Global USA and Asia Pacific, announced the programme at a press conference held at Economic Reporters’ Forum (ERF) conference hall in the city on Monday (Aug 26), local media reported.
Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries President Sheikh Fazle Fahim, Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association President Rubana Huq will attend the inaugural programme of the expo. The Expos will remain open from 10.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. every day for all visitors.
