Women and Children Affairs and Social Welfare Adviser of the interim government Sharmeen S. Murshid on Tuesday (Apr 15) urged all concerned to work sincerely to play an important role in building a healthy nation through integrated activities. She was addressing a seminar on the 'Integrated Community Based Center for Child Care, Protection and Swim-Safe Facilities (ICBC)' at a hotel in the capital as the chief guest, a press release said.
The ICBC Project is a Bangladesh Government Project aimed at providing integrated early childhood care, development and protection support to children across 45 selected upazilas in 16 districts of Bangladesh.
Senior Secretary of the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs Momtaz Ahmed, Synergos Esha Husain, Public Health Director at Bloomberg Philanthropies Kelly Larson and Director General of Bangladesh Shishu Academy Dilara Begum spoke in the seminar as special guests, among others.
