DIU will observe Cyber Security Awareness Day on Nov 12

Professor Dr. M Lutfar Rahman, Vice-Chancellor, Daffodil International University (DIU) speaking at the Meet the Press on ‘Cyber Security Awareness Day-2022’ organized by Cyber Security Center of DIU. Dr. Imran Mahmud, Head of the Department of Software Engineering, Maruf Hasan, Director of the DIU Cyber Security Center, Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Senior Assistant Director (Public Relations), DIU and Sheikh Abu Ayub Azad (Sadi), CEO, Trustaira Limited, were present at the Meet the Press.

On the occasion of International Cyber Security Month, Daffodil International University’s Cyber Security Center will observe ‘Cyber Security Awareness Day-2022’ on Nov 12.

This year the theme of the day is ‘Don’t let Cyber Crime ruin your life’. This occasion is furnished with seven events for the audience, such as Inauguration Ceremony, Awareness Seminar, Google Hacking Contest, Cyber Security Awareness Project Showcasing, Panel Discussion, Product Showcasing, and Closing Ceremony, respectively.

These information was given at a meet the press program on Tuesday (Nov 8) at 71 Milonayoton of Daffodil Education Network at Dhanmondi in the capital. The Meet the Press was addressed by Professor Dr. M Lutfar Rahman, Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Imran Mahmud, Head of the Department of Software Engineering, Maruf Hasan, Director of the DIU Cyber Security Center, Md. Anowar Habib Kazal, Senior Assistant Director (Public Relations), DIU and Sheikh Abu Ayub Azad (Sadi), CEO, Trustaira Limited.

It is informed that anyone can be registered himself for any event from the event website.
