  FIFA rules out use of goal line tech  
   
Soccer's rule-making body ruled out the use of goal line technology for the time being at its annual meeting on Saturday. "It's an end to the potential use of technology within football," FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke told reporters after a meeting of the International Football Association Board (IFAB).
