Is the country heading towards square-one as reformists fizzle out?
Articles -

There is a proverb, “all’s well that ends well.”

If we admit this then how we will term our present so called non-political government. They had started their works showing us a meaningful future of politics, state, judiciary system and non-corrupted institution.

But all of their attempts are about to go in vain. They imprisoned both the kingpins of two parties AL and BNP. After a certain period they got released.

Now this CG is trying to square-one both of the leaders. We know well about SKH and KZ. Two are corrupted but are not leveled. And they have proved this truth before and their filled history also say so.

The reason that Khaleda and her sons are bigger criminals than anybody else is because they have stolen and plundered billions of dollars from Bangladesh.

Compared to them even Ershad is an angel. If Hasina for the sake of balance must be imprisoned for 2 or 3 years because of Tk 3 crore extortion case based on flimsy accusations than Khaleda and Tareque should be hanged for stealing Tk 300,000 crores.

Only BNP blind followers still think that Khaleda and Tareque should ever be allowed to return to power in Bangladesh. Enough is enough. It is time to end the plunder and debauchery of the Zia family that goes all the way back to bloodthirsty military dictatorship of Major General Zia that was the original sin of Bangladeshi politics.

Present caretaker government is carrying out its conduct from the beginning with utmost neutrality and zero tolerance. Many people along with politicians have been brought to justice on different charges. It is a milestone in our country that at least one thing is established : “None is above the law”.

Nonetheless I want to mention that unless and until anyone is punished by the court of law no one can be blamed as guilty. This is present civilized rule of business. Suppose if Khaleda Zia is found guilty with a murder case she may face the capital punishment and nobody should demand Sk Hasina to be punished alike to bring a balance similarly. If Hasina is found more corrupted than Khaleda Zia, she should get more punishment.

If Khaleda Zia is not found guilty at that level she must enjoy the benefit of being a lesser criminal. The fact is that Khaleda Zia is yet to be charged in so serious cases as compared to Sk Hasina. Then why some of us are bringing both of them at the same level?

At lest till today we cannot do so just out of speculation. Can we?
