Bangladesh Association of Software & Information Services - BASIS is delighted to inform you that, pioneer of Bangladesh’s ICT sector’s development Mustafa Jabbar has taken oath as hon’ble Posts, Telecommunications & ICT Minister. BASIS family is honored and privileged by the achievement of hon’ble Minister Mustafa Jabbar.
After taking the oath, Mustafa Jabbar came to BASIS office. Former BASIS Presidents, BASIS Executive Council members, BASIS standing committee Chairman, Co-Chariman and BASIS Members welcomed hon’ble minister with crest and flower bouquets.
At the homely reception program, along with BASIS President Syed Almas Kabir, Senior Vice President Farhana A Rahman, Vice-President (Admin) Shoeb Ahmed Masud, Vice-President (Finance) Mushfiqur Rahman, Director Tamzid Siddiq Spondon, Director Didarul Alam and Director Mustafa Rafiqul Islam Duke were also present.
Mustafa Jabbar said, we are working relentlessly for the development of ICT sector. Together we can achieve the vision 2021: Building Digital Bangladesh. BASIS is working hand in hand with the ICT Division for a long time. I believe, this process of progress will be strengthened in the upcoming days.
Upon the initiative of BASIS, within short time, trade bodies, organizations, stakeholders of ICT Industry is going to organize a grand reception program in honor of hon’ble minister Mustafa Jabbar and hon’ble ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak, MP.
