The results of MPs elect of the 11th National Elections have been published in a gazette notification on Tuesday (Jan 1), local media reported citing Bangladesh Election Commission Joint Secretary SM Asaduzzaman.
The Election Commission secretariat will forward the gazette to the Speaker to initiate necessary proceedings for oath-taking ceremony of the newly elected lawmakers.
As per the constitution, the oath-taking should take place within three days after the gazette publication.
