The results of this year's Secondary School Certificate and its equivalent examinations will be published on Sunday (May 6). The results will be handed over to prime minister Sheikh Hasina in the morning, local media reports said.
Later, education minister Nurul Islam Nahid will formally announce the results at a press briefing at the conference room of his ministry around 1 p.m., said sources of the Education Ministry.
The SSC and its equivalent examinations began across the country on Feb 1 and ended on Feb 26 while the practical exams continued until Mar 4.
This year also, results will be made available from the respective schools and education board website. Students will also be able to receive the results through mobile SMS.
